Step 1 : Order & Clothing Received

Once we receive your order and clothing, Bear's production begins.

Step 2: Bear Making & Tracking

We will keep you turned as to the progress of your bear and send along sneak peeks to create excitement with bear Tracking updates.

Step 3: Order Complete & Shipping

When your order is complete. we will send you a photo of your keepsake,

An invoice will follow and your memory bear will be shipped.
